Nux` Team was created in july 2008, by about fifteen players who discovered the game thanks to a computer related website. We started playing between us on some private servers only, and the idea of a gaming team was naturally born. After a first aborted attempt, nux` grew, originally with the -[NuX]-# tag.
At the beginning, the nux` Team was made up of players of different level, and some geeks / nerds / linux-lovers / programmers. We played like that for some months, taking our first thrashings. We drew up our tactics, as our only way to improve was to play a lot. We chose to only play CTF, because we think it's the only gamemode which combines demanding teamwork and skill.
We grew up, recruited better players, had some walkouts. After a while, our leader, Lidys, left the clan for some personal reasons. Tizz took his place, and he stayed in position for almost a year. After some internal problems, he entrusted Vivaldi with the leadership in June 2009. Vivaldi is currently the official nux` leader.
The team has now evolved, with the departures of almost all the inactive members, while a new core of very active players emerged allowing us to start competing in the late 2008, with the fourth Urban Zone season and the Clanbase Open Cup Fall 2008.
Today, we are engaged in CTF competitions : Urban Zone CTF League, Clanbase Open Cups, the Clanbase CTF Ladder and the french CTF Ladder.
